REGISTRATION NOW OPEN FOR THE 2025 NANOS ANNUAL MEETING!

The North American Neuro-Ophthalmology Society (NANOS) invites you to attend the NANOS 51st Annual Meeting. 

All attendees who register for the full in-person meeting will receive complimentary access to the on-demand platform. Separate CME certificates will be issued for the in-person and on-demand meetings for an estimated 33 CME credits total.

The NANOS abstract submission portal is closed. The abstract submission deadline was October 24th, 2024.

PRINTED POSTER INFORMATION

The printed posters should not exceed 40”x 40” (100 cm x 100 cm). Within these dimensions, authors are free to choose how they wish to display their work, either horizontally or vertically, as long as it fits within the specified range.

Each poster board will accommodate two posters per side, for a total of four posters per board (two on each side).

If you would like to have your poster printed locally, then please send an e-mail to clay@busybeesigns.com indicating "JW MARRIOTT NANOS POSTERS" in the subject line.

• All Posters need to be submitted by noon on March 10, 2025 (MST) to ensure timely delivery to the event hotel by March 14th, 2025. (After this date, they will be considered a RUSH order and subject to availability)
• Posters are $38.50 USD each until March 11th, 2025 (MST). Rush Posters are $57.75. Rush orders can be placed up to noon March 13th, 2025 (MST), or based on availability.
• Please note: Posters will not be printed or delivered without payment. All payments must be made through the local printer's payment portal. No Checks.
• All presenting authors are required to register and attend the meeting in person.

If you have reserved a room but your plans have changed, please let us know at meetings@nanosweb.org. This will allow us to make the necessary arrangements to meet our contractual obligations with the hotel.
