MEETING FORMAT
The NANOS Annual Meeting was held in person from March 15 to 20, 2025, in Tucson, Arizona. For those unable to attend, there's an opportunity to register for the on-demand option, which includes CME credits. On-demand access will be available from April 15 to September 30, 2025.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT IS THE FORMAT OF THE NANOS 2025 ANNUAL MEETING?
The meeting will be held in-person in the JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort, Tucson, Arizona, with on-demand viewing available after the live event.
IS THERE A VIRTUAL COMPONENT TO THE MEETING?
On-demand content will be available for CME credits from April 15th, 2025 until September 30th, 2025.
WHAT IS THE FORMAT OF THE POSTER SESSION?
There will be no e-posters at the NANOS 2025 Annual Meeting. All accepted posters will be presented as a printed poster.
WHEN WILL I KNOW THAT MY ABSTRACT HAS BEEN ACCEPTED?
Notifications about Walsh, Analytical and Descriptive Studies abstracts were sent out in December, 2024.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
As the CME content will be published for on-demand viewing, no refunds will be issued.
IS THE ROOM SHARE AVAILABLE AGAIN THIS YEAR?
