What would you say to members who want to be more involved in NANOS?
- Attend a NANOS meeting and talk to several committee chairs about what their committee’s work is like, then volunteer to serve on a committee. It is a great way to meet other members and develop long-lasting friendships at NANOS.

- A retrospective cohort study on 154 patients peripapillary hyperreflective ovoid mass-like structures found associations with various etiologies. Isolated PHOMS is a distinct entity, and certain characteristics can help in diagnosis. Full Article
